How our technology works
Our MRV models track how nature capital - biodiversity, carbon, water and soil - evolves over time. We partner with multiple trusted data providers. Our models are reviewed by independent scientists, statistically validated and certified.
Satellite data
We monitor plots onboarded onto our first solution Landler using several types of satellite data; including pictures of the Earth’s surface, thermal measurements and observations from radar. This data is combined to build models which predict the impact of nature positive practices at scale.
Field data
We collect field data from private and public databases. Plus, we work with our customers to collect samples and measurements from their land. This data is used to train our models to predict the impact of nature positive practices across carbon, water, soil and biodiversity.
What our models measure
Monitor the present, track the impact and see the future potential
Example scenario: The data shown here are an example derived from average data for a 10 ha project.
+ 1500 m3
Water-holding capacity increase in past 10 years.
+ 50 t +24.7%
Potential for Carbon Storage in the next 10 years

We work with leading scientific institutions
We have assembled a scientific board, comprised of leading academics and scientists from across the world.
Before we build any models, this board helps us to define model scope and the criteria for scientific robustness.
After we have developed models, this board conducts a methods review to validate their quality and suitability.
What I find particularly remarkable is the team's willingness to critically reflect on their own approach”
